1. About Z2Key
Z2Key (“we”, “us”) sells access to digital subscriptions, software licenses and game keys (“Products”) through z2key.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products
Products are digital and delivered electronically. Shared plans provide one seat on an account used by multiple customers; Private plans provide a dedicated account. Z2Key is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney, Perplexity or any other provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Orders & payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is due at checkout. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil.
4. Delivery
Access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout, normally within 5–15 minutes. Delays may occur during manual verification.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to change credentials on shared accounts, share your access with others, or use the Products in violation of the provider’s terms or applicable law. Breach voids the warranty.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product concerned.
