Replacement warranty

Every subscription purchased on Z2Key is covered by a replacement warranty for the full duration of the plan you bought (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). If your access stops working, contact us and we will repair or replace it free of charge, typically within 24 hours.

Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• We are unable to deliver your order within 24 hours of payment, or
• Your access stops working and we cannot replace it within 72 hours of your report.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or in crypto for crypto payments) within 3–7 business days.

Not covered

• Changing the email, password or security settings of a shared account.
• Sharing your login with third parties.
• Violating the provider’s terms in a way that causes a ban (e.g. abuse, prohibited content).
• Change of mind after the access has been delivered and is working.
